Unfortunately, the current lack of regulation and structure in the e-commerce industry provides a breeding ground for issues and false promises, sometimes making their way to court.
As an expert witness for the Standards Institute of Israel, specializing in e-commerce and digital marketing, Nir has served as witness and arbitrator on legal matters and proceedings pertaining to digital activities such as: Setting up online stores, Amazon stores, digital marketing channel management, etc.
While serving as an expert witness, drawing on his extensive, reliable experience with providing e-commerce and digital marketing services, Nir has been required to review complex business and digital matters and provide his professional opinion to the court in clear, simple words, sometimes even assessing the damages.
Arbitration and expert testimony include three main steps, starting with the reviewing of the matter, writing an opinion, and testifying in court.
